A perspective on autism, energy sensitivity, and returning to embodiment
Working with clients on the autistic spectrum is deeply fascinating.
One of the most consistent patterns I observe is a misalignment within the non-physical bodies.
This goes beyond what is commonly referred to as the “light body.” In truth, there are multiple layers to our subtle anatomy—each with its own function and integrity. These include the etheric, emotional, spiritual, and consciousness bodies, as well as more nuanced aspects such as the sound, masculine, feminine, creative, and expressive fields.
When these bodies fall out of alignment, they can become more vulnerable to negative external energies. This often complicates the healing process, as these disturbances need to be cleared before deeper integration can occur.
It is also important to understand why the misalignment exists.
In many cases, significant disruption appears to be linked to profound trauma. Themes such as persecution, execution, or ritualised abuse may arise—often experienced as imprints carried across lifetimes.
There is, however, a striking commonality among many of these individuals.
They are often bright, sensitive souls—beings with a strong capacity to bring light, awareness, and transformation into the world.
If you consider it, those who carry the most light have historically been the most targeted, misunderstood, or suppressed.
From an energetic perspective, this creates fragmentation, entanglement, and lingering imprints—sometimes experienced as vows, contracts, or energetic bindings that continue to influence the present.
Part of the work, then, is to gently identify and release these patterns.
As this happens, the non-physical bodies can begin to realign. Stability is restored through their natural anchoring points, allowing the system to hold itself with greater coherence.
This is not typically a one-session process—but the shifts can be profound.
Clients often report feeling more themselves again. Not only more grounded, but more fully embodied.
And this work is not limited to those on the spectrum.
It can be equally supportive for anyone who struggles with grounding, embodiment, or managing energetic sensitivity—especially those who feel deeply, absorb easily, and find themselves overwhelmed by what is not theirs.
There is far more to our non-physical anatomy than we currently understand.
With that awareness comes both the recognition of what can be disrupted—and the potential for deep healing, alignment, and expansion.
